Albert Castiglia was born on August 12, 1969 in New York – before moving to Florida aged five – and made his professional debut in 1990. He played with Sandra Hall, Pinetop Perkins, Sugar Blue, Lurrie Bell, Otis Clay and many others. After 34 years of house-rocking studio albums and powerful live shows, the Florida bandleader is the acknowledged master of red-raw, sweat-and-hair blues that gives it to you straight.
